We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) in UPS approved double wall cardboard boxes containing "Spirited Shippers" cardboard inserts for each bottle.  Our experience is that this is the safest and most cost effective method of transporting wine. All orders are covered by insurance, which is included in your shipping charge. This covers breakage or lost packages. Weather damage is not covered by insurance. W. H. FRANK assumes no liablity for wine that is damaged because of poor weather conditions(temperature) in transit, so it is important to know weather conditions(temperature) before ordering and requesting shipment.
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine.
By placing your order on our website you affirm to us that you are at least 21 years of age.  All wines delivered require an adult signature upon receipt.
W.H. FRANK sells at retail only.  We choose not to sell to other retailers, wholesalers or distributors.

RETURNS

Contact us at 631-234-3333 about any items you would like to return within 15 days.  No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).  Any merchandise returned without a RMA number will not be accepted.

Due to the fragile nature of wines, all wine being returned MUST be shipped in the original box with all packing materials properly utilized (with bottles locked in place with tabs) and shipped UPS ONLY. It is your responsibility that wines being shipped back to us are not damaged in transit, as it is our responsibility when we ship to the customer. We reserve the right to assess a restocking charge or refuse credit, if upon inspection, any wines are not received in the condition they were shipped. We do not give credit for opened bottles. All boxes should be clearly marked with the RMA number.

Please note:
The tasting of wine is highly subjective.  A person's taste is as varied and diverse as the individual themselves.  It is for this reason we can not extend credit for any wine, that in our qualified opinion,  we judge to be sound.
