"The 2013 Wolftrap White is a blend of 46% Viognier 28% Chenin Blanc and 26% Grenache Blanc, the latter undergoing a partial skin ferment, aged for nine months in used French barriques, concrete eggs and hogheads.
It has a pretty, light bouquet with touches of grapefruit and a little peach - nicely defined and lifted. The palate is slightly viscous on the entry with fine acidity: quite fat in the mouth with a smooth lightly honeyed finish with satisfactory.
