The Casamatta Rosso are produced from grapes grown in vineyards from different regions of Tuscany. The vines are 10 years old and are grown in medium-textured soil using guyot and cordon spur training systems. The Sangiovese that goes into the Casamatta Rosso is grown in vineyards located in southern and central Tuscany.
